About us

Started in a village, built for people

Since 2018 we have worked as a community-based, non-profit social welfare organization in Kaliganj, Jhenaidah.

Our story

Mofazzal Hossain Foundation began its journey in 2018 in the village of Jhanjhania, Kaliganj Upazila, Jhenaidah District. The aim was simple — to stand beside the people of our village and the surrounding area when they need it.

Since then we have run education support programs in schools, handed over support items to students and guardians, visited elderly people at home to check their blood pressure, and distributed winter clothing and blankets.

We believe local participation and mutual trust are the foundation of lasting change. That is why every piece of our work starts by listening to the people around us.

Our symbol

What our logo means

In our logo, two people stand side by side to form the letter “M” — and together they lift a rising sun, a symbol of hope.

Deep green speaks of trust and stability, fresh green of growth and life, and the coral of the sun of warmth and a new dawn.
